207 Courier LLC provides local delivery services in Aroostook County, Maine. Our services include:

Coffee and food delivery from local partners
Same-day package delivery
Legal document delivery
Office and group order deliveries

3. Service Area

Our delivery services are currently available within Aroostook County, Maine. Delivery availability and fees may vary based on distance and location.

4. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our platform:

You agree to provide accurate delivery information
Payment is due at the time of order unless you have a business account with invoice billing
Prices are subject to change without notice
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order type

5. Delivery Windows

We offer scheduled delivery windows (Morning: 7:00-11:00 AM, Afternoon: 12:00-4:00 PM). While we strive to deliver within your selected window, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to weather, road conditions, or other factors common in rural Maine.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 30 minutes before your scheduled delivery window. Cancellations after this time may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Liability Limitations

207 Courier is not liable for:

Delays caused by weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
Quality of food or beverages (responsibility of the originating business)
Items left at delivery locations after successful delivery
Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Loyalty Program

Our loyalty rewards program is subject to change. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. One reward may be redeemed per order.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
