Delivery Service Levels
Standard Same-Day — routine deliveries during regular operating hours at the distance rates above.
Scheduled Delivery — reserve a future date or a preferred delivery window at the same distance rates.
Priority Delivery — your order moves ahead of the standard queue.
Surcharge: base fee + the greater of $10 or 35% of the base fee.
Example: a $24.99 run → priority surcharge = $8.75 → rounded up to $10 minimum → total $34.99.
Dedicated Direct Delivery — a driver assigned exclusively to your order, no combining with other deliveries.
Pricing: starting at $19.99 + $1.25 per mile.
Extra stops on a Dedicated Direct run are $10.00 per stop, mileage still billed at $1.25/mile.
Ideal for time-sensitive documents, catered orders, larger retail purchases, or items requiring direct transport.
Personal Shopper
A driver enters the store and shops your list. The shopping fee is the greater of $9.99 or 12% of the merchandise subtotal, billed separately from the delivery fee and the cost of the merchandise itself.

- Especially helpful for seniors, families, and anyone without transportation
- You receive a full itemized receipt
Example: $80 grocery order → shopping fee = 12% × $80 = $9.60, rounded up to the $9.99 minimum. A $100 grocery order → shopping fee = $12.00.
Additional Charges & Surcharges
These may apply depending on your order details. An itemized quote is shown before you confirm.
Failed deliveries & return trips: when a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is wrong, or access is restricted, a return fee of 50%–100% of the original delivery fee may apply.
Business Delivery
On-demand business runs use the same distance-based rates above. Volume accounts and organized routes qualify for discounts and custom pricing.

Discounts apply to eligible standard delivery charges and do not apply to tips, merchandise purchases, taxes, waiting time, special handling, or other surcharges.
Multi-Stop Commercial Routes
Businesses with several deliveries on the same route may qualify for route pricing:
- Route activation fee starting at $19.99
- $6.00 per completed stop
- $1.25 per total route mile
